Proverbs 12:24
The hand of the diligent shall bear rule: but the slothful shall be under tribute.

Meditation

God honors those who give faithful effort to what He has placed in their hands. Diligence is not about being the most gifted, but about showing up consistently and doing our work with all our heart. Over time, steady faithfulness lifts a person into responsibility, while neglect and delay slowly bring a person under the control of other things. Whatever you are doing today, whether small or great, do it as unto the Lord. The One who sees your quiet effort will in due season reward it and open doors that no talent alone could open.

Declaration

Heavenly Father, thank You for the work You have placed before me. Deliver me from laziness, delay, and half-hearted effort, and teach me to be faithful in every task. Strengthen my hands to work with excellence and integrity, so that my life may honor You and bless others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
