Psalm 27:4
One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to enquire in his temple.

Mediation

Lord, let my heart want one thing, not a thousand scattered things.
Let me seek You the way I chase after what I truly love.
Let Your presence be my home, not just a place I visit.
Let me see the beauty in You, not just the answers I want from You.
Let me keep asking, keep searching, never settling for what I already know of You.

 Declaration

Lord, make my heart single-minded, wanting You above all else.
Teach me to seek You as my greatest desire, not an afterthought.
Let me dwell in Your presence every day, not just when I’m in need.
Open my eyes to behold Your beauty, and not only Your provision.
And keep me ever enquiring after You, Lord, all the days of my life. Amen.
